Service outages can be reported by calling toll free: 1-866-668-8800

Natural Gas
Black Hills Corporation delivers regulated natural gas along with related products and services. Customers may set up gas service by calling 1-888-890-5554 anytime, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  In addition to providing gas, Aquila offers a Service Guard appliance repair program. For information about gas utility service hookup and deposits, call 1-888-890-5554 . For emergencies, call 694-8989. The local customer service office, located at 1600 General Welch Boulevard in the Airport Industrial Park, is open Monday through Friday to provide assistance with your existing account. No payments are accepted locally and to set up or discontinue service, please call 1-888-890-5554.

Cable TV Services
Windjammer Cable offers digital cable tv service, digital phone and high speed internet services. Customers may set up these services by calling the local office at (620) 624-6469 or toll free at 1-866-363-4191. Customers may also stop by the local office, located at 119 East Third, open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
